What are Electric Vehicles ?
Electric vehicles are the vehicles that give us transport facilities without harming the environment and make use of renewable resources which is important for making less use of non-renewable resources. Non renewable resources are also important for other purposes like use of coal, petroleum in power plants. Electric vehicles make use of batteries instead of coal, diesel oil for giving us travelling facilities.
What are charging stations ?
- Charging stations are the stations where electric vehicles can recharge themselves for more transportation. There are 100k+ charging stations available all around the world.
- Batteries are charged using DC Power. But, we can also charge the electric vehicles from our home appliances. Home appliances pass AC Power.
- Electric vehicles have an AC-to-DC Convertor. Using the power convertor, AC get converted into DC and batteries got charged. But there are DC Charging Stations also, which provide the DC Power direct to the electric vehicles and there will be no need of intermediaries.
- If we charge our electric vehicles from our home appliances then it can take a lot more time in just charging the 50% of the vehicle. Charging only 1% can make increase of 2 times our present household expenses.
What Electric Vehicles Includes ?
Electric Vehicles includes electric car, electric bikes, electric buses etc. It's not just limited to road transports but can also capture dominant market of aircrafts and airplanes. There can be electric aircrafts and airplanes in future. There will be electric vehicles for every means of transport.
The batteries of electric planes or every electric vehicles can be charged automatically by solar panels which recharge the batteries using a renewable resource called sunlight. We are using tools based on renewable resources to make the electric vehicles work for us.
Are Electric Vehicles Good for Nature ?
Electric Vehicles doesn't compromise with nature like other types of vehicles. It doesn't add pollutants in our environment. Instead of performing combustion and secretion of pollutants, one of the electric vehicles named electric cars works on the concept of magnetism where magnets act upon the crankshaft which do not results in the secretion of pollutants to cause pollution. Electric cars move due to repulsion and contraction between the charges present on the magnets which results in the movement of crankshaft.
What is a crankshaft ?
Crankshaft is one of the most essential component or kind of a linchpin for any type of car. It is also used in electric vehicles and it is the component which generates the rotational movement. When two magnets contract and repel each other, crankshaft keeps on performing the back-and-forth, a kind of an oscillatory movement which results in movement of electric car after generating the kinetic energy from the oscillation.
